Advanced Technology Superhighway of the Washington Auto Show
EDTA is pleased to offer companies various exhibit options at the Conference and Annual Meeting. All exhibitors are welcome to display in the "Advanced Technology Superhighway", which will feature everything from vehicles big and small to energy providers, battery/component suppliers and safety.
The Advanced Technology Superhighway is open for the duration of the Washington Auto Show, including the Government “Sneak Peek” and the general public days (January 26-January 31). This is your opportunity to bring your message to the masses and introduce yourself and educate potential customers.
Exhibit space rates for the show is $7.10 per square foot for bulk (minimum of 400 sq. ft. = $2,840) or $2,500 per 10' x 10' booth, all exhibit spaces will include green carpet. Click here to download the Washington Auto Show E-brochure.

Table Top and Poster Exhibits
In addition to the Advanced Technology Superhighway, EDTA offers the opportunity for poster displays and tabletop exhibits. These exhibits will be located in the EDTA Lounge and Information Center along with the internet cafe and near the conference sessions. Tabletop exhibits and posters will be displayed from January 26-28. If you want to target your message to EDTA Conference delegates, sign up for a tabletop or poster display today!
Tabletop exhibit rates are $1,100 per six foot draped table with two chairs and a waste basket. Tabletop exhibits include one complimentary full conference registration. Space is limited.
