Anniversary Luncheon

EDTA will host an anniversary luncheon for delegates on January 27.  This luncheon is included with your registration.  Single tickets are also available for non-delegates.  If you would like to purchase a table for the luncheon, please call 202-408-0774 x 303.

Luncheon highlights include a historical video of electric drive vehicles, and the EDTA Hall of Fame ceremony.

EDTA was founded in 1989 as a coalition of automotive manufacturers and utilities.  The “Electric Transportation Coalition” focused heavily on the burgeoning EV market in California.  As ETC’s goals and focus shifted to public policy and outreach, ETC became a trade association—the Electric Vehicle Association of the Americas (EVAA). 

In 2003, EVAA changed its name to the inclusive “Electric Drive Transportation Association” and is now the largest trade association representing battery, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fuel cell vehicles and technologies.
