This new facility will be used for development and demonstration of FMC Lithium’s new lithium battery materials including its revolutionary SLMPTM stabilized lithium metal powder.

FZ SoNick was created from the experience of MES-DEA. At the end of the 1990s Carlo Bianco (founder) purchased the Daimler-Chrysler and AEG patents for salt storage batteries which allowed him to industrialize and mass-produce this innovative accumulator and make it available for electric vehicles.

FZ SoNick is also part of the FIAMM Group. Established in 1942.
