DUECO, in conjunction with ODYNE Corporation has developed the country’s first PHEV aerial bucket truck. Introduced to the public in October 2007, the vehicle uses an innovative design that dramatically reduces engine idle time by using a large 35kWh battery pack to power the aerial device at the worksite and provide other benefits such as electrical air-conditioning and exportable power.
